B & R Enterprises

I contracted B & R Enterprises on 01/20/2011 and paid Mr. Bill Bomer the owner of the company $1400.00 to take down the shingles in the back of our house and install new shingles. They started the job on 01/20/2011 and told me that they will finish the job on 01/21/2011. Which is the next day. The next day they did not show up. On 01/24/2011 there was a heavy down pour. When I woke in the morning my whole sitting room was covered with water I called him around 7:00am and he told me that he is on his way. He nevered showed up till today. He never refunded my deposit neither did he came to fix the problem caused due to his negligence.
