        This gym is so bad I don't even know where to start. I don't know if the employees were lying or if they are just stupid and misinformed. I had a membership a few years ago and wanted to reactivate it this past August. I was told they couldn't reactivate my old account and would need to sign up again. This January they said I need to pay an annual fee even though I just joined in August. I told them I didn't remember having an annual fee. I swear the guy that signed me up never showed it to me. Well I found out when I called the 800 number that all these things are wrong. When I told the girl on the phone all the problems I have had she just said sorry but didn't sound believable. I told her I was going to write a bad review and a letter to the owner and she just said that I can go ahead and do that. Now on to this location. IT SUCKS! The machines are always broken. The parking is ridiculous. The members sit on the machines and talk on their phones. Needless to say I will be quitting.

        Do not waste your time here!!! This location gives 24 hour fitness a bad name. After several calls and attempts to have a membership cancelled, we have now paid $250 dollars on a membership we never used. The workers are exactly like bad car salesmen. They promise a lot and that they will be able to cancel your membership without any issues, but when we found a better deal and wanted our membership cancelled within the stated 5 days, there was never a manager around to help. The "assistant" managers would take our number, but never return any of our calls ( Mica was one person who never returned our calls). The whole situation is completely unprofessional.

        I don't spend a lot of time in this club, but I do go every Thursday night for the kickboxing class and I LOVE it! The instructor is great and I swear it's the best workout! I've seen amazing results and the upbeat music keeps you going! I highly recommend checking it out!!!
