Orenco Wellness Receivables

If you rent a property managed by Jim Rostel and Orenco Property Management you are in trouble. To start, they do not disclose items that do not work in the rental property. If you request repairs, you will be told you will have to pay for the repair if Jim Rostel determines it was not broken. Document the condition of the home thoroughly. Orenco will claim you caused damage and take away your deposit. We were told we killed tow plants; Orenco charged us to replace 6 plants. We were told we scratched a sink; Orenco charged us to replace the entire sink. The fireplace never worked. The light on the stairwell never worked. Paint was chipping. Items were left in the house and garage, and we were told we had to store them. Bottom Line: DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He is desperate for money, and he still has not returned our deposit balance.
