Terrible Service

First I'm not sure why this dentist dentistry even exist. I honestly don't see their purpose to the industry or serving people. Very inconvenient hours, very unprofessional and very rude staff (Lisa). They need to improve on hours of operation and get a better staff member (Lisa) who cares about the patients so this one stuff receptionist is in the wrong business. She just needs to find a job where she has no contact with people. I think her name is Lisa. Hey Lisa when dealing with people just so you know you're not dealing with logic you dealing with emotions. She needs customer service 101 training. With this said.. I warn you NOT to visit this place for your dental needs..

Unfortunately I can't rate this place a negative, believe me I had no choice but to give you one star cause it made me rate you something. Called trying to get an appointment because of a toothache that had me in tears. While on the phone bawling my eyes out at the brink of hysteria trying to make the appointment with I believe her name was Lisa, she made me feel like I was the lowest of the lowest cause I didn't have insurance. Once she found out I didn't have insurance and would be paying cash she began babbling on and on telling me how much this would cost, how much that would cost and if they couldn't treat me they would have to send me out..yadda yadda yadda. I just hung up cause i could not believe that you could be on the phone with someone crying as i was that was obviously in a lot of pain that you couldn't even say "well come on in and lets see what we can do". It was and is very clear to me that people will put compassion for a human being to the back burner for the all mighty dollar. Thank God for the dental office that I walked into with NO appointment that postponed their lunch to help me!! And yes Ms. Lisa I had enough cash and or available credit to take care of my bill in full, even had one of the post cards that your office mailed out for the $59 dollar exam and x-rays (for people that do not have insurance, how ironic) that you failed to mention. Everyone that does not have health insurance is not unable to pay for a needed visit. Remember Karma cause she will remember you!!

I normally don't write reviews but this office took such good care of me; they explained everything carefully, including my options and the shot was almost painless, which I really fear the most. The wait was a little long, but they were busy which must mean a lot of other people must also think this is a good office.

This office do not know what they are doing! I came in with a painful abcessed tooth, had been seen at the er three days prior to the appt. I have a regular dentist that I seen since 2008 who is great. Unfortunatly he's on vacation for couple weeks. First oof the dental assistant was very rude about the fact I couldn't open my mouth wide enough while being in pain, getting upset with me cause I wouldn't bite down on metal with infected tooth, and recommended me just waiting till my dentist came back. I just came in for a simple extraction of the infected tooth, then the dentist comes in and starts drilling on my upper teeth when the infected tooth is on bottom back! His exlanation was to make me more comfortable with having an infected abscessed tooth. Its apparent that my tooth is swolled abcessed and needs extracted but he didn't see how that could be. I immediatly stopped him from trying to fix my good teeth, and walked out and refused such treatment, I. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS OFFICE! TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH NASTY ATTITUDES

This office is a blessing, they see Medicaid patients in a modern office and did most of my work on the same appointment.
