AB's Affordable Cab

Made arrangements with this company in advance for a 6-mile trip the next day. Company confirmed with me via SMS. They never showed up. Missing my appointment (where I had to go), I contacted this cab company. They'd forgotten about me or just decided not to show up. They lied and said their cab was down. (Why didn't they call or text me as a professional courtesy so I could make other arrangements?) When I called from my home phone (different number), they told me they were busy with other clients, to give them a half hour. How could they be "busy" with other clients if their cab wasn't working? Very unprofessional cab company. Don't rely on them if you really need a ride.
