Boulangerie Olivier

This French bakery is the true gem of Hernando. When you step into this little bakery you are submersed with a French cultural experience. It's as if you have walked off the Hernando Square into Paris. Their bakers have been schooled in France Bakery Schools making their breads and pastures second to none in the area.

This was my first visit there and I must say that I truly LOVE IT!! The outside is beautiful and calm and walking to the bakery you can smell the sweet and tasty aroma that Juan Pablo (the owner and wonderful baker) has oozing out!! Once I went in I was greeted and offered a taste of white chocolate bread...yes that is correct!! It is DIVINE!! EVERY bread that is made by Juan is delicious and takes bread to another level. I don't think I will ever look at bread the same!! I encourage everyone to stop by and enjoy the ambiance, the wonderful customer service, and most of all the delicious bread!!!
