        CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD

        CALLED TO MAKE AND APPOINTMENT. THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE. ANYONE WHO RUNS A COMPANY SHOULD KNOW THAT WHOEVER IS ANSWERING THE PHONES SHOULD AT LEAST SOUND NICE. I WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE AND GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        I called because my water heater had exploded, literally, i called HTA plumbing, i did not have the full payment and they worked with me they let me pay half down and let me pay the other half when i got paid again, if it wasn't for them i would have been left without hot water and a huge mess until i got paid, HTA plumber did a wonderful job, i WILL recommend them to any and all of my friends.

        I had a huge problem with my toilets last weekend. I called HTA on Saturday and they sent someone out immediately. It could have been a very long weekend. But Thanks to HTA the rest of the weekend was great.

        I had a weekend appointment scheduled. Not having heard from anyone, 22 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I called to inquire about my appointment. The answering service called someone and told me it would be another hour. Keep in mind they never called me to tell me they were running late etc... I told the answering service that an hour was unacceptable and to have someone from the company call me. 14 minutes later and no call. This company was obviously too busy to take time out of their busy lives to simply return a simple phone call to a once prospective customer.
