The cab dispatcher who told me his name was Carlos was being rude & unprofessional to me.He was getting smart to me & yelling in my ear just because i asked if he could give the cab driver my number to call me when their outside at Kline village & was too cold too windy to be outside waiting. He told me No very rudely & was yelling in my ear when i wasn't yelling at him & i asked nicely.he gave me very bad customer servicePlus an other dispatcher took my number before without a problem.

The worst cab service ever!! Down to the dispatcher, he's disrespectful with zero customer service!! Never confirms your request and then wants to be nasty about it, I called for a cab 30 minutes in advance and it never even showed up when I called the dispatcher back to ask him about my cab all he did was say "their on the way" and hung up on me, I waited for an hour NO CAB! Absolutely ridiculous I rather walk !!
