After I found Mike's, hidden behind Maryland's many trees, I was happy I did. With a mysterious air conditioning problem that hadn't been solved by other mechanics, I went to Mike's as a last resort. They pulled apart my dashboard completely to find that the bane of my existence was a loose screw to the a/c knob. replaced it and only charged me a decent price for the labor. I had to reset my clock and radio stations, but my a/c works now...fair trade. I also got my oil changed while I was there, and after checking my fluids and filters (which I had recently replaced at my regular place in TX) they just said they look great instead of selling a single female some bull and charging me extra, which has been attempted by other dealers. All together friendly, helpful and quick (with good waiting area coffee). I've already recommended them to friends who are local to the area.
