O'Charley's

We have been eating at O'Charley"s about twice a month for several years and have always found the food and service excellent. However we went to the Gulfport, MS location last night, Oct. 23, 2016, and found the menu changed and the service excellent but the menus had changed and the food was all but uneatable. The shrimp My wife ordered was over cooked and tough, the so called baby back ribs were not baby back ribs but some very fat pork ribs about 60% fat that I could not eat and were left for the garbage. The changes that have been mad have turned this great place to eat into a second rate place. I would not recommend this location to anyone who want a good meal. It sucked.

Average chain-food restaurant. Decent atmosphere. OK kids meals, for people with children. Much better to go during the week, instead of weekends, when most people go out to eat around there.

On 11.21.2010 I called this location and was out on hold long enough to drive to the location, sit at the bar and be ignored for an additional 13 minutes. Once the order for a salad was placed it took another 20 minutes for it to be ready. The rolls, which I only got 2, were cold and had no bitter. This was not the first time poor service was given at this location.
