I would not do business with this company. Look at the review before this one - why would an auto repair company ask for full payment before fixing your car? I have never been asked for prepayment for auto repair. Do you think the reason Travis asked for money up front is because he knew he was ripping off the customer and needed the money up front?

Travis ordered an ad with my company to advertise One Stop Automotive on the business guide of the Greeley area. A verbal confirmation was recorded, a proof was provided to Travis and he approved it. After the publication was delivered, he refused to pay. He mailed the invoice back to our company stating "Accepted for Value and Returned for Closure". It is basically a scam that companies try to use to get out of paying their bills. Look it up on the internet and you will see that it is totally dishonest. So Travis ordered the ad with my company and approved the ad KNOWING that he had no intention of paying us. We did not prosecute him because it costs more to prosecute than write it off, which is probably why he does it. I would have a hard time sleeping at night if I had treated someone this way, but he has no problems at all. We called many times to get payment, but he did not even have the guts to come to the phone and talk to us.

You need to decide for yourself if you want to do business with this company, but I certainly would not – unless of course you let him fix your car BEFORE you pay, and then I would tell him that the work he performed was "Accepted for Value and Returned for Closure". I'm sure he wouldn't like that, even though he has no problem doing it to other people.

Took my 2002 VW Passat to One Stop Automotive for turbo issues. Travis stated after doing the first diagnostic that the car was going to have other issues after fixing the turbo. We decided to go ahead and fix the turbo and see what was to happen so we payed Travis 968 dollars upfront that the car was going to be fixed from the turbo. Travis begun working in the car and a week later replaced the old turbo in the car. After Travis called me to let me know the turbo had been replaced days after we agreed. I went over to the shop and Travis told me the car was not running correctly because of oil pump issues. In order to fix the pump the total cost was going to be 700 dollars with labor included. I didn't have the money so decided to just take the car home. My stepdad is not a certified mechanic but he knows a lot about cars so I asked him to drive the car from One Stop Automotive to my house. When my stepdad started driving the car he assured me it wasn't pump issues. I asked him to take a look at it and he did. Once he started taking the turbo off the car, screws were coming off the turbo by themselves with not need of a wrench, meaning the screws weren't bolted at all. Once he opened the turbo, we found anti freez and oil mixed, something that it shouldn't happen inside the turbo. My stepdads first impression was that Travis had placed a defective turbo in my car, maybe even a used one he had laying around. At this point I had to take a decision, either go talk to Travis in hopes of him helping me out or something but the trust was lost. So I asked my stepdad to fix it for me and surprisingly all he had to do was secure the same turbo back in the car. Up to this moment I have driven the car up to 1500 miles with the same turbo. To me Travis was using his knowledge and position as a mechanic for asking for more money for the same job described as a different job.
