VERY VERY CORRUPT SYSTEM, VIOLATING DUE PROCESS, NEVER BEEN SERVED NEVER BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT ANY COURT DATES OR ANYTHING, THE CLERK AND MAGISTRATE ALONG WITH HER ASSISTANT ALL ADMITTED THAT ALL THE LETTERS SENT TO MY ADDRESS HAS BEEN RETURNED THEY WILL RAILROAD YOU TO THE EXTREME ..GET A OUT OF TOWN LAWYER TO HELP YOU WITH ANY ISSUES. THEIR ALL IN ON GETTING FEDERAL FUNDING SO THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM DENYING ALL YOUR MOTIONS. I AM A PARALEGAL STUDENT AND I BEEN TALKING TO ALL MY TEACHERS AND LAWYERS ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING . I WILL GO TO CIRCUIT COURT AND FILE COMPLAINTS AND EXPOSE THEM TO EVERYONE UNTIL THEY GET INVESTIGATED..The 5th Amendment states that no one may be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. There are two types of due process: procedural and substantive. Procedural due process is based on the concept of fundamental fairness

Called inquiring about papers I filed (after a million phone calls, they ignore the phone most of the time.) Finally I reached a woman at the end of the day. I gave her my name and case number and she refused to help me telling me I had to come in (though I told her that I live out of area.) Again I asked her for her name explaining it's proper and professional office etiquette for any private industry office business or governmental administration representative to identify her or himself when they answer the phone (after I already gave her my name and case identifier number) and repeatedly she refused to tell me her name and rudely hung on me. Very pompous, self-righteous and unprofessional your in for an ordeal if you get sucked into any Orange County Court issues(unless you on the side of one of their preferred classes...)

Corrupt family court judges reside in this courthouse. They are nothing but bias and money hungry thieves and liars.
