        Too bad you can't give no stars... Never used them, never will. Customer service terrible - never followed up - quoted two prices from two different people for the same time/place and they tried to claim that the second was only for three hours - but email clearly stated 5 hours... Never got an apology from them. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

        I couldn't have been happier w...

        I couldn't have been happier with the service ZBest provided on my wedding day. My wife and I reserved the Baltimore Trolley for our wedding party and guest transportation. Our driver was right on time for each pick up and drop off and was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire event. There is so much to do and keep track of during a wedding that it was great not having to worry about the transportation. They took care of everything and it was such a smooth process from booking the Trolley to the services of the day of the event. I would highly recommend ZBest to my friends and family for all future events. Thank you!
