On Time Handyman & Spas

My Experience with On Time Handyman & spa was the best I have had with any handyman service I have used. The man came to my home at the time I expected him, also their prices were the best compare to the others. Not only was he frendly and respectful of my home he fixed my hot tub. Then I asked him to check my tolet out because it would not stop running and fixed that too. I definitely recommend On Time Handyman and Spas.

So, I have an older swim spa unit and it wasn't surprising that the heater wasn't working when I went out to check the temperature on the pool. But where could I find someone to come take a look at it on a Saturday evening?



On Time Handyman & Spas of Glen Burnie, MD answered the phone and made a house call right away ... that was the good news.



Unfortunately, last week, BGE also visited my home to make a service call and turned the heater off. The on/off switch is right below the thermostat on the wall in plan view. The nice man from On Time Handyman & Spas flipped the switch, the light on the heater came on, and everything seems to be working fine.



The question is ... would you have nerve to collect $110 for flipping the switch on?



After kindly relieving me of $110, the guy hands me a business card in case I need his services in the future ... SERIOUSLY? I would happily pay twice as much to someone who has a conscience. Yes, it was a service call, maybe a 15 minute drive from Glen Burnie, but really?



Handymen are a dime a dozen. When you find an honest one with a conscience, who only charges when they fix something, or do real work, you keep coming back, giving them more and more business.



When they leave and you feel cheated, you never call again, and warn others ... so beware. I am certainly NOT keeping his card handy.
