Had the worst experience in your glassboro nj store while purchasing a refrigerator , I was blatantly lied to by your manager Bryan Dobson , who explained no warranty WHATSOEVER came with a new kenmore fridge , only to find out 30minutes later when I checked with sears and kenmore that a one year manf. warranty comes with the unit , the mgr Bryan Dobson was extremely rude when I questioned him about the manf warranty. I purchased the extended 3yr warranty for $ 241.00 , after finding out the real warranty I called the store to cancel the extended warranty and Bryan Dobson couldn't speak on the phone or even respond via email proof of the change in purchase as I requested , this whole experience is terrible and I recommend Bryan Dobson be educated on communication skills and about his lying to customer
