Gentle Hands Mobile Pet Grooming LLC

By far the best grooming company I have ever used. Always reliable and willing to be flexible for my schedule. Their willingness to provide a great service and meet the demands of taking care of my elderly dog is surpassed by none. My groomer, Tyler, shows a true compassion for meeting our needs while handling our truly old dog with a finesse, and understanding I have yet to observe from another company. Her dedication to her work, which always comes out beautifully, and her determined work ethic are what drives me to write this review and give Gentle Hands 5 Stars! I wish I could give more! Thank you Tyler!

I have used a number of mobile pet groomers in the Phoenix metro area but this company is so awful I felt I needed to post a review and hopefully deter any other unsuspecting customers that make the same mistake I did in assuming the owner was honest and forthright. The WORST mobile pet grooming service in the city and probably the worst service in any category I have ever engaged.

Morgan is excellant! She really knows what she is doing and takes great care of my four-legged children at a great price. Gentle Hands was very professional, even got to my house early and ready to pamper my pets. I would recommend them to anyone!

6/4/2014 Update: Still using GH Grooming, and I still would recommend it to anyone. I haven't had any problems-they show up in between the scheduled time and still do an amazing job. Fablan D's experience is unique-I've referred several friends and they all haven't had any problems. One did have to reschedule because one of the grooming vans had a flat, but they ALL love Gentle Hands.

Prob the most unprofessional Dog grooming business i've ever dealt with. Booked a first time appointment 3 weeks out for my 2 small dogs. Waited patiently for the appointment date to come and they day of, the groomer was supposed to be at my home between noon and 1. As I had taken afternoon off of work to be there. They were a no show! About 1:00 I called and left them a VM asking them if they were on their way... and about 30 min later got a TEXT! not a call, but a text saying that they had to cancel my appointment due to scheduling issues! And that was it, no call, no try to reschedule!! This company is a Joke!
