Donaldson Watch Repair

Had my dad's Omega watch repaired, they did a splendid job, time was lengthy but I was ok with that. My dad's green Bulova only needed to have "routine" maintenance. They stated it needed to be oiled, it's was like driving a vehicle without oil. SORRY I let them work on it. When I received it back, I said the dial is wiggling. I just got a blank look back from Christine. I went back a few weeks later and Dave was flippant about it, said it couldn't be repaired.

Love this store, the only place I will take my watches to get serviced. Price is very reasonable and turn around time is much faster that sending it to the manufacturer. Dave and Christine have always been great to deal with and have always made sure everything is perfect. I have also purchased more than a couple watches there and have experienced the same great service. I am looking forward to the new store opening in Gilbert.
