        Overall

        I took a very fine oriental rug to them to get cleaned. I was told it would cost $800 because there were pet stains on the rug. I asked them if this rug was worth spending that kind of money and they assured me it was worth it. They showed me a rug that was identical to mine that they were selling for $30,000. That convinced me. They delivered it and I just un rolled it today. I was stunned when I saw what they had done to it. It looks like they poured bleach on it. It is ruined. I took it to another place and was told that this rug was now worthless . I trusted these people and they not only took me for $800 they ruined my rug. I don’t understand how anyone could do business like that. I am writing this to warn others who may be thinking of going there. This was an expensive lesson for me.
