Dr. Len Getz

Had appt with Dr. Getz. They put me into an exam room & an Asso. comes in & tells me that she's sick & out of the office. I would appreciated being notified & given the opportunity to resch. Instead, the asso. was very nice but ignored what I went in there for & tried to put me on another medication that is very controversial!! Decided to give them a 2nd chance!! Same impression as 1st!! They were hounding me for payment when I hadn't received the bill & it wasn"t 30 days!! They said on 2nd visit that pymt was due with each visit. Why has no one told me that?? Where is it posted?? They wanted an urine sample. This was my 2nd visit, because the 1st one I was not seen by FNP Getz. I ONLY want to talk to someone about my current antidepressant!! I don't need a new G.P. & I am not a druggie!! Between 1st & 2nd visit along with hassling from the front desk over bill, urine sample & filling out new pat. info when I was just there 3/4 weeks ago, is STUPID!! Very unprofessional!!
