This Physician's office has indicated to us on more than one occasion that their chief concern is money and in several actions has proven to us that patient care is far down the list. While the Dr. may be a fantastic doctor, the policies and practices of this office indicate that the chief concern is related to how the most amount of money can be obtained from patients and not patient care nor customer service. Couple this with questionable billing practices and in our opinion, the decision to make a change in physicians was a necessary one.



We have had several bad experiences at the hand of office personnel and the final experience was the one that tipped the bucket for us. One or two mishaps are understandable, but a consistent pattern of money over patient care is too prevalent in this physician's office in our opinion. Our personal experiences with other physician's in the Frisco area have been excellent and we have none of these challenges in other medical offices.
