Pompei Roma Stone

Very unreliable service from beginning to end. Owner is full of it, he never keeps appt. He will tell you he will be at your home between 2-4 p.m. and then does not show up until 9 pm at night. Our whole saturday was wasted waiting on him. His installer did a bum rushed job and when brought to his attention he agreed they did a poor job but did nothing about it. Not after installation there was a problem with a piece of stone he sold and installed and waiting for him to come fix it will never happen! I can grow old and die before he will come fix it. I work in this industry now and he charged us more than double the price. This man has no morals he will smile in your face and slap you down behind your back. There are plenty of Marble and granite places that is more honest to deal with than dealing with a dishonest person like him! Be forwarned...

You have to understand, this guy is an artist, not a businessman... and he is character also But his prices are great, the quality of his work is terrific. His service is a bit slow, and you have to be of good humor to be able to deal with him. If you are so, you will be very happy with the end result. I have used him on 4 separate occasions during the past 20 years and have been pleased each time. Have patience! Rome wasn't built in a day.

I would NOT recommend to anyone!!! The whole process was terrible to say the least. It took a very several phone calls and saying I was canceling my order before I got somewhere. The owner makes several promises that he is unable to keep and it is extremely frustrating.

The owner is a very nice man but his workmanship was very sloppy and he did'nt seem to care if his customer was satisfied
