When my car kept leaving me stranded, I called my auto service and each time they sent Family Auto to my rescue. After the second time out. the next time I requested my service to send Family Auto. I was very impressed with the fast service, how very helpful he was and the curtious way the owner handled my service call. I got good vibes and decided to take my car to their shop for repairs.To make a long story short, I have been to many a repair shop, but none have never been as impressive with how they genuinely cared for me as a customer.They are a small family business and proved to be very honest, did not treat me like a number. I was truly impressed w/the owner's daughter and how she explained to me exactly what repairs were needed. Listening to her talk to other customers I was amazed how knowledgable she is about automobiles. I am truly satisfied w/the cost of the repairs, and how they genuinely cared for me as a customer. I have another automobile that is in need of repair and I will not hesitate to take it to Family Auto. I have finally found my repair shop and will refer them to everyone. I'm very happy to have found them.
