Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience. Popular spot since I had to wait a bit. Got an upgrade and needed the car for an extra day. No problem! Thanks Fontana Enterprise!

This is a great branch to rent a car at! I have been renting several times for the last 45 days due to a broken down car this time around. We have used this branch several times. Every time I come in, everyone is very nice and accommodating. When I need a ride to or from home, they are prompt and very friendly. I enjoy my conversations with all of them whether its a ride or waiting in their lobby.



I have witnessed many situations in their lobby with other customers and the staff handles them with professionalism every time. On one occasion I felt the poilce should have been called due to the customer being out of control; however, the management handled the situation well and very professional.



If you have issues with this branch it must be due to your own issues, i.e. not the correct deposit, information, etc. typically not at the fault of Enterprise. People need to understand the employees are following corporate policy and will not jeopardize their job due to your own issues. If you do not understand something in the contract, ASK! Also, if cars are not available, they can not control when cars come in. If someone hangs on to a car toolong is beyond their control, not to mention their system overbooks this location reglarly AGAIn beyond their control--they accommodate as best as they can.



Seriosuly, I do not work for the company but have been in the corporate world as well as retail and service for many, many years, so I get the personalities that frequent here.

Nice cars great customer service

Do not recommend this location. They seem to never have clean cars that means stains off the seats and dirt/grim out of the cupholders as well. Some may not mind a dirty car but when you have to transport your guests to a wedding or party you do not want to get their outfits dirty. This location seems not to keep up with their policy. I am displeased.
