Best Way Taxi

They charged me 25 for a 15min ride from my house to my job it was crazy they never gave me a price over the phone

I called Best Way to see if I could reserve a ride for the next day and I asked if I was able to do that and when I didn't hear what the woman on the phone said after, I said "What?", and she said "WHATCHU THINK I SAID?!" Needless to say, I did not call back the next day and had a great experience with Ace Taxi. Where I come from (NOT South Carolina), customer service is something people value. Unbelievable.

I could not give a half star but I would never recommend this company after almost being plowed down by one of their vans. the driver was reckless and aggressive honking his horn repeatedly and showing his middle finger at me and my son. In my opinion the company needs to better monitor their employees , possibly by installing cameras into the vehicles because employees represent who you are. I would never pay to ride with a Paterson like that.
