These people are VERY unprofessional. On 4 seperate occasions they called me to cancel appointments because the dentist wasn't going to be in. They told me that I didn't need certain work done, but then I got a statement from my insurance where they had gone ahead and got the work preapproved, even though they said that I didn't need it done. I wouldn't send my dead dog there!
