Federal Way Discount Guns

First went in to price and assess a Beretta compact. I got to look at it, but not touch it because the guy helping me insisted that I buy a Glock like he had. I hate Glocks, but that was the only gun I could touch. Is there a secret bonus on Glocks for them? I watched another salesman talk a guy out of the Sig he really wanted and insisted he buy a Glock 19. Must be a good spiff on Glocks!

Then, I went to their range to rent and shoot the Beretta I was wanting. I'm very familiar with it and could show my competence with it. BUT....the range attendant would not let me on the range until I could show my ability to load, shoot, and unload a.....GLOCK. I did it right, despite not really knowing all of its features, but the range attendant said I did something wrong and therefore could not shoot on their range until I paid $125 for a gun safety class two months from now. He wouldn't tell me what I did wrong, but another customer there said I did it right. Nevertheless, I was banned from the range.

Oh well, they can keep sleeping with the Glock reps. I bought my BERETTA at Cabelas and found another very nice range with very nice people who like all kinds of guns and treat customers fairly.

Don't go to Federal Way Discount Glocks...um er...Guns!

Went in there ready to buy a $1500 rifle. Had my card, cwp, and id out......then i was looked at and was ignored. To top that off, they end up helping someone else that was behind me. I have been going to this shop when they were at the old location, but not no more!!!!! There prices might be cheap, but i'de rather spend a few dollars more at a more reputable and professional gun shop.

Disappointed when I got my new pistol home and found it has significant holster wear on both sides of the front of the slide. This was a new pistol, not a used one. I know everyone says Moe has the best prices but I would have rather paid $20 somewhere that didn't sell me a obviously not new pistol as new. Now I'm stuck with flaws on a finish of a supposedly brand new hi end S&W that I wish I'd bought elsewhere to avoid this.

Why is that guy there so rude? He acts like you're taking his personal time when you come in there and look at a gun. Its about customer service, that is it. Do get that sort of treatment at Target or Kmart?

All these people behind the gun counters are just sales people. They have ZERO to be arrogant about.

At this place you get this sullen and often combative customer service, as though customers are there to inconvenience them.
