Papa John's Pizza

I placed a large order on January 2, 2013. We waited for the order for 20 minutes when the manager "Kalen" told me they are busy and they can't deliver it - it would be another 45 minutes before a delivery driver could get to me. I placed the order a week in advance. My husband had to go and pick up the order of over 10 pizzas. By the time he came there - the pizza was cold - and he told Kalen that and Kalen said - call me tomorrow we are busy and I will credit you. Not only were the pizza cold - but they were absolutely disgusting and the nuggets or chicken (if you can call it that) were hard as rocks. None of the kids could eat it! When we called the next day to complain - he said he would talk to the District Manager. A week went by - we called again - he said that the district manager said that the next time he comes in he will leave $100.00 for me to pick up and they will call me. They never called me. I called back in May and spoke to a different person and he said that he would call me back. He never called me back. I called Monday and spoke to a "manager" and she said she would call her district manager and call me back. She never called me back. Today on wednesday - I called - spoke to yet another "Manager" and he said he would call the District Manager and they would call me back. Just to test him - I called back 2 minutes later - he picked up the phone and I said - did you call the Manager - and he said - I will call when I'm not busy. I said when will that be and he couldn't give me a definitive answer. This rude, obnoixious excuse for a human is named - Sean. This place owed me $100.00 from January and NOW I WANT MY ENTIRE MONEY BACK BECAUSE THIS PLACE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IT IS DOING. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!

I had been ordering from this pizza place for months and sometimes twice in a week. One night we were at the store and I decided we would order so I used the internet ordering like I always do. The hours stated they were opened until 11pm. I arrived at exactly 10:01 to pick up the pizza and the door was locked. The guy who looked like the manager was inside and he came to the door with a bad attitude. He said we close at ten. I said oh online it says you are open till 11pm and I apologized. He said that is for delivery and even if this was true keep in mind it was only a minute after ten. Well later I went back online and it didn't mention anything about delivery only until 11pm. The guy acted like he was mad about me coming there. Like many people that don't treat customers right he should realize how many pizza joints there are. I won't go there again.
