        over a 100% increase over shipping rate

        I shipped a car radiator using this UPS store last week. When I took it there they charged me $50 and said it was the cheapest option because of the size and weight. 13 lbs 24x36x6 inches. It was shipping the CA so I thought maybe the UPS rates had increased since the last time I shipped something big 3 years ago.



        I went home after paying and went on to the UPS website. If I shipped via the website and printed out a label it would have cost me $22.50 to ship the same package.



        They overcharged me $27.50, a markup of well over 100%. I'm livid to say the least.
