I have had all very positive experiences with everyone in this dental office. The receptionist has always been positive and upbeat! She is understanding if I need to switch an appointment due to my busy life and work schedule. The hygienist not only good with my nerves but also a GEM with my four year old son. The doctor herself is WONDERFUL! I can not say enough positive things about the entire office! I am so glad I switched dentists to here. I will never go anywhere else.

Let me first say that the dentist herself is good at her work. However, her receptionist could use customer service training. I have had two very unpleasant conversations with her receptionist. I am disabled and have had to have two unrelated surgeries that forced me to have to reschedule. I had to cancel one appointment due to having a hysterectomy, and her receptionist called me while I was in the hospital to demand why I was cancelling and then had the nerve to ask why I was having surgery. Not only is this none of her business, but I was distraught and sad at the time and did not feel that was an appropriate conversation to be having with a dental receptionist. The second conversation, which happened yesterday, was me having to reschedule again due to toe surgery and being on vicodin and not being able to drive or walk to the clinic. This is where things got difficult. The receptionist actually told me I had to bring A DOCTOR'S NOTE if I ever wanted to come back again. I told her she'd have her Dr's note, but I would never ever go back again due to her inappropriate behavior. I also told her I'd write reviews detailing her actions, and she said if I did she'd sue me for slander. All of this information I am providing is fact-based and therefore is not slander. I also have the right to free speech, I told her. Then she hung up on me. I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone, particularly those with disabilities.
