GREAT experience!!! Quick and thorough service with outstanding customer service. I work in HR and understand how important great people and culture are to a business!! the new management has taken Jiffy Lube evergreen to the next level!! SHOUT OUT to Tyler, Garrett and Raquel - you all are rock stars!! It appears to me that you all love your job and work so great together!! very thorough inspection of my car - not "just" an oil change!!!

These guys forgot to tighten the oil plug on my Subaru WRX STi. It finally rattled all the way loose around 200 miles later, causing an immediate loss of oil at highway speed. Needless to say the engine is toasted. They refuse responsibility and now I must take the time and money to enter litigation with them.



If you took your car in and they forgot to torque your oil drain plug, perhaps they forget to tighten down your oil cap -- or hey, maybe they even just forget to replace the oil... That is how it goes at the JiffyLube. All these things are common place and there are thousands of stories all over the place just like this one.
