River City Yellow Cab

Worst cab service in town!!! Avoid at all cost!! Told me 20 minutes. An hour later still nothing. Call back and they still have not assigned a driver for me. I asked them why they told me 20 minutes in the first place and they hung up on me. Please use another taxi service. If I could leave a negative rating I would.

Called an hr ago and was told that a driver would be at Walmart in 15 minutes. I stood outside for 30 minutes waiting. Called another company and made it home before they showed up. They called so I told em turn the meter on and wait that I'd be right out. Let em know how it feels for someone to jack their time off too

Just pitiful called day ahead a time for an appointment for radiation therapy for 1:00pm it's almost 3:00 still no cab dispatcher said only had 2 drivers for whole city.

I called hrs ahead of time. To come get me 3:15 it's 3:45 they said they running an hr behind. It's 4:30 I called & canceled asked for a different one finally got one but I was very late to work

The dispatcher was very rude and unprofessional. Being that I was from out of town I had to get addresses to certain establishments. Numerous times she would put me on hold, then when she would get back on the phone she would huff and puff like the big bad wolf. I have zero tolerance for rudeness. If you do not like your job quit its that simple. If I could give this establishment a zero I would definitely do it.

oldest cab company in evansville...yellow cab is the iconic taxi service across america...almost every movie has a yellow cab on the road! the company has had its ups and downs but is definitely on the mend!

The drivers are very good and polite but there cars are outdated rough and dirty.....back driver side window was held up buy clear tape seats are wore out...even had black tape over service engine light

I called the night before and scheduled a cab for 1:15 the next day. Called again at 1:40 (because the cab never showed) and was told it hadn't been sent yet but there would be one available in 10-15 minutes. Called again at 2:00 and was told there was a cab on the way - never came. So I called at 2:30 and was put on hold, I then heard the phone get picked up and put down -ellow cab hung up on me after 5 minutes on hold. I called back and didn't get an answer. Late to work. Zero stars if possible.

On 8/15/12 I called Yellow Cab in Evansville, In. and requested a 4:45 AM pick up on 8/16/12 at my hotel. At 4:30 I called Yellow Cab to verify my 4:45 pick up. The dispatcher said he had me on the list. At 4:50 I called again. He said my cab would be there in 5 minutes. I had a 6:00 AM flight. To make a long story short, the cab showed up at 5:21 and I arrived at the airport at 5:32. I missed my flight. I would have arriver in San Antonio at 11:10 AM now it will be 3:30 PM. I will never use Yellow Cab in Evansville, In. again.
