Eco Carpet Cleaning

This company has comically horrible customer service and communication. They communicate solely through emails which were often very rude. They did not detail anything about the appointment or expectations and where surprised when there was a miscommunication. They did not show up at the scheduled time. So we fired them. "Johnny" continued to send me passive aggressive, sarcastic, condescending emails the following week. Their phone communication is equally bad if not worse. They yelled at us when we tried to call for clarification. This is an atrocious company, and I am floored that they are still in business.

Terrible company to do business with. They canceled and rescheduled 3 times, last minute. The company was supposed to aerate, fertilize and over seed my lawn, they only aerated, and they were already prepaid through an online deal. When I called for the 6th time, they said that "in their system it is noted that all services were provided". I assured her that was not the case and the person who answered the phone became extremely rude.

Unfortunately this is my own fault for not looking at reviews for this company online and seeing that on yelp.com they have a bunch of 1-star ratings...



What an awful company to deal with. I purchased a groupon for the Denver area to use and made an appointment for carpet cleaning. The day prior, the interior painters were not finished painting in our house and I called to see if I could reschedule. I was told the next available appt. was for 1.5 weeks, but that they would call me back by the following day to see if they could fit me into the schedule as it looked like they may have a couple of openings.



I never heard back. 3 days later I left a message. No response. 2 days after that (5 days total), I spoke to Amanda who said nothing was available for almost a month. I explained I was supposed to have an appointment for the following week and that someone was to call me back about an earlier time but nobody did. Amanda said I must have spoken to the owner. She called the owner and called me back to say "the owners said you were supposed to call her back but never did". This was not true at all. I was then told there was nothing that could be done. I explained the urgency of having them done within the next week and it made no difference.



I then said I would leave negative feedback, which I very rarely do and was told "ok, well sorry, we can't help you". That was it! I was given a refund back from Groupon and good riddance to this company.
