        You cannot talk to a live person. Wow another great advancement in modern technology! How do you get in touch with anyone concerning problems? Another perfect example of how a goverment controled company works or doesn't work.

        This is ridicules. The Elkhart Post Office on main St. Says it is opened. But no one is answering the phone. I'm in need of talking to someone one on one. About a Dr. Document that has been sent to them. I need to know what I need to do to get a mail box close to my door during the winter months. I was told to have my Dr send them this document. How can I get the information I need. I'm partially disabled. Your not helping in this situation by not answering your phones. lol Just like the government. so. You not serving the public. You want more money but sure lacking in service.
