        I used to work on the RIVERWALK in SAN ANTONIO for various LANDRY'S sister restaurants including SALT GRASS and JOE'S CRABSHACK a few months ago. Sad to say, this is the worse franchised I've worked for. Very disappointing for a restaurant of their caliber and LANDRY'S being my favorite restaurant of all time. It took the management 3 weeks to give me credit for my training hours, because their was no way for them to put me in the system. The GM didn't know how to get me transferred from SAN ANTONIO to El Paso. So, I had to get hold of the GM in SAN ANTONIO and get MYSELF transferred. Then I had to wait 2 extra weeks (1 month and 1 week) just to get my 1st paycheck from training. I was making money on the floor before my 1st check. I even waited and worked with them so they could give me all the hours I worked for on my 2nd check, because if not, they would get in trouble...I can't wait until I'm back in SAN ANTONIO...They need to work on "People Skills" in El Paso...They would not make it in SAN ANTONIO at all....REALLY, CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME DOWN TO EL PASO AND REGULATE THE WHOLE CITY...
