Super Service Center

I highly discourage everyone from using Super Service Center. We had purchased the extended warranty and Super Service was the company that we kept being set up with. After having them out almost every month for at least a year to fix our ice maker it still was not fixed correctly. For over a month they would schedule an appointment with me weekly and then fail to show up or call to cancel. The last time I called to confirm an appointment they told me they would definitely be there. I called the day they were supposed to show up and they said he was at a job now and would be to us next. At 6:15 pm at night (after they close at 6pm) they called to inform me that they would not be able to make it. I said that's fine I will have someone else out here. They said ok thanks for your business. I had a different service company come out, Countywide, and when they removed the parts to fix the ice maker they found that Super Service had replaced a part without REMOVING the Styrofoam. So for months my ice maker's fan was not able to circulate the air because they left a piece of Styrofoam in there. So therefore I was not able to have any ice and it was just a rock solid ice formation in where my ice maker is.
