        Overall

        The first time I called to check about a package, I spoke to a guy named Jim and he was ruled from the onset. He won't even ask for the tracking number and when I asked if he wasn't going to ask for it, he said "eventually" I read it to him anyway since he needs the tracking number to know the package I was taking about. He made a statement to whoever was there that I didn't understand eventually. He was really rude and disrespectful through out the whole conversation
