Town Of Hempstead Water Department

I heard water running in the early morning hours.
Went down to my basement to find a few inches of water.
I located the Leak (broken water valve).
I called TOH water.
From the start the Dispatch people were very reassuring.
A water guy showed up right away. and shut off the water.
I waded thru my basement replace the Broken valve
and Called back the TOH Water on his personal cell no.
He was there in minutes to turn the water back on.
