VERY unprofessional. Went to get an exam for contacts. Usually go there for glasses. Signed in and this guy came up to me and stared at me awkwardly and didn't greet himself. So I said, hello? And he said "don't sign there. You're next." And I said "okay great." And he continued to just stare at me. So I said, "so, should I sit down, or...?" He said "what are you here for?" I told him contacts. He told me to walk over to the front desk and they would help me. So I went over there andthe lady did not greet me. She was talking to someone behind her and then didnt even look at me and picked up the phone and dialed a number to order more carbon forms without even greeting me first when she saw me standing there. I finally get seen and the lady after taking my eye pressure and everything puts me in a room. She asks me my birth date and she says, "okay. I'm about to fuss someone out. Sorry" and leaves. Then she comes back and basically tells me someone scheduled me to just teach me how to put contacts in, not an examination. So she walks out and I can hear her and another woman and man in raised voices yelling about me. She comes back in and says, sorry I'm not mad at YOU. As if saying she's mad at someone else. She even had a pack of cigarettes fall out of her scrubs pocket. Unbelievable.
