Made appointment with them to come to my house to do work. Never showed and wasted my time.

This business came out to my mother's house to repair a bath faucet and trip lever. They would not give her any estimate on price over the phone and never discussed any service charge. Upon arrival, the technician quoted her a price over $700. She decided this was far too high for the job and decided against the service. He was unaware if there would be a fee for coming out and called back to his company. The woman on the phone replied that it would cost over $150. We refused to pay this price and offered a smaller sum for his time. I spoke to the woman on the phone who cut me off multiple times, lied about her conversations with my mother and eventually hung up on me. I have since filed a complaint about this business. Not surprisingly, she replied to the complaint with a handful of lies as well about how I was the belligerent one. I would never work with business again!

We added a second floor to our house and added 2 full bathrooms. My Favorite Plumber installed all of the plumbing, sinks, vanities, tubs, showers and fixtures on time and hassle free!
