        good experience overall, but they said theyd call if they'd be late, and i waited and extra hr. not a big deal but they did say they'd call if they were gonna be late. good work tho, cleanup was good too

        Boston Standard is very reliable. When all is said and done I was blown off 3 times by my regular plumber- who is not my regular plumber anymore. Boston Standard held the appointment like they said they would. I think the prices were fair and they were easy to work with. They had the part to fix my furnace on the truck, so I'm happy with the service. Highly recommended.

        I've used Boston Standard a bunch now, and I like their service. They always answer the phone, and they come over in the allotted time frame we set up. These guys aren't like some of the other plumbers I've used before- my tenants don't mind if we just "let them in" to their place to do work, because they know these guys won't lose their cat or something stupid like that. They also clean up the workspace so that you don't know they were over. I'd definitely recommend Boston Standard if you're looking for a nice company that does things well.
