The park avenue hotel lets molesters stay at its establishment ,not to prestiges to me. if you ask me any place that would even consider letting child molesters stay in or around there building are not very credible for business and character. please be cautious when you take your children there .. they seem to be some kind of halfway house.... I guess they will do anything for a dolla .

Built in 1929 and the only Hotel in Detroit to have never been closed from the first day of opening to present, the Part Avenue still maintains the charm of it an era by gone. Current renovations include upgrades in accomodations that include double suites with kitchen and kitchenettes that guests rave about. The Town Pump Tavern, and the soon to be opened Park Avenue Cafe will be a delightful 24 hour service addition. Inn Keepers William and Katerina provide a cozy, warm, secure home style approach that international guest truely enjoy. Close to all major venues; Ford Field, Commerica Park, The Fox, The Filmore, Campus Martius, Hart Plazza, Cobo Hall, and Joe Louis Arena. Entertainers, Artists, and other guests are more than likely to meet and greet guests that hail from England, Finland, Russia, Germany, Italy, Germany, Spain, Latin America and Japan as well as the South Pacific.
