Papa's Pizza

I ordered the Papa’s pizza and wing combo from this location on Thursday March 22, 2018. The delivery driver dropped off the pizza and wings an hour later without the pop and stated that he would be back with the pop. I then realized that I had received the wrong pizza order and I called to have it fixed, I was greeted with poor customer service at that point. The driver returned with the pop and picked up the pizza and stated that once again he would be back with the right order. I waited an additional 30 minutes to receive the wrong order again. At this point I just wanted a refund so I called the Papa’s back and asked to speak with the manager he refused to give me a refund because he said he had paid his driver too many times, when I tried to explain that it was not my fault that the driver had to continue to deliver the wrong order he hung the phone up on me. Each time that I call back they hang the phone up on me. I have never received such terrible customer service especially not from a company that I patronize on a regular. I am disgusted by this and I will never order anything from here again.
