Incompetent owner who talks down to you as if youre stupid, incompetent employees, management, and extremely incompetent maintenance. Their maintenance guys are very hickish (not in a good way), trashy, irresponsible, and will not properly repair issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if you want to live in a safe well kept house. They will blow off repairs and try to just put a bandaid over everything. All they do is call asking for money when they cant even manage to keep a house livable! Its been hell renting through this company. They are shady, lazy and do not care about your well being.

If you want to live in a well maintained property where the landlords will answer your calls and concerns. DO NOT RENT from this company. They will only call to collect rent, if you call to report any issues you will not hear from them until the 1st of the month. Staff is unprofessional and the repair people they contract have no clue what they are doing. They will put a band aid on the problem and let you deal with their mess!!!
