        Unprofessional

        This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. I don't even think they deserve a STAR but I had to. I originally had an appointment for full highlights and cut on Saturday, but I received a call from SoCo two days prior to see if I could reschedule because the stylist that I was scheduled with was at another location. I hesitantly agreed to reschedule to Sunday, even though it was Mother's Day. My appointment was at 10am and I showed up at 10am to find the salon was CLOSED! I even got a reminder call day prior to my appointment at 10am. I was furious that they rescheduled me on a day THEY WERE CLOSED! I wasted my time driving there and was standing outside looking like an idiot. What kind of place does this??

        Beautiful, cozy salon. My styl...

        Beautiful, cozy salon. My stylist Kristen is fun but always professional. You can tell she takes her job seriously and really wants to make her clients happy. I have really fragile hair and other stylists did not always take this into consideration.



        I recently switched to the Kerastase products and also got the conditioning treatment - AMAZING results! I love how great my hair feels and looks now!
