You folks have provided a wonderful service to my Mom, and I so appreciate it. Billy, in particular, has been terrific - always going above and beyond to be of service with each visit and offering sincere sympathy and support as each of Mom's aging girls passed. I would never have dreamed that the task of picking up dog poop could be handled in such a way as to become a venue for sharing human love and compassion.

We've been with Pet Scoop Services for 5 months now and their employees do a good job most of the time but they're not 100%. Our guy has left waste behind on many occasions in obvious areas, but the Management is VERY apologetic and very quick to respond. They'll send the employee back out the same day to finish the job, which as a paying customer, I wish wasn't even necessary. It's a great service, very convenient and affordable (weekly pick up - $47/mo for 2 dogs)..........unfortunately you just have to stay on top of them.

We've now been using Pet Sccop services for our two dogs for more than 3 years and have had nothing but ecellent results. They're always friendly and they let me know if my dogs' poop doesn't look right. (Diarrhea, etc. Of course we know when our dogs have had a problem but it's nice to know that they are watching too!) The only times they've missed a day is when there was a bad snow storm and they couldn't make it. But they always come the next day.

Let me tell ya, I'd rather have this service than a maid! These guys are so friendly and courteous....and my pups love the visits! Kudos PetScoop!

Good company, great people. I have had quality service from them for 3 years for my 2 Beagles. I would highly recommend them to others and have suggested them to others.

Technicians never show up on time for appointments. And the company does not work with you when you have to cancel. They would rather not have your business.
