        Kirsten McCullough was raised in central Massachusetts. She graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1994 where she was also on the Freestyle Ski Team. In 1998, Kirsten graduated from the University of Utah College of Law. She has been practicing exclusively criminal defense since 1998.

        Michael McCullough grew up in South Chicago. He served in the Special Operations of the U.S. Marines during Desert Storm. Mike graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1996 and the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in 1999. He has defended citizens in hundreds of jury trials since taking his oath in 1996.

        Mike handled my son's case when my son was accused of a crime that he didn't commit; and if he would have been convicted, it would have sent him away for a very long time and destroyed his life (and ours). Mike Won this case for which we are Extremely Grateful. This guy is no pushover,Mike will Really fight for you! He is an excellent attorney, extremely competent, well respected, and reasonably priced. I sent two other people to him, and he was successful with them as well. I have the utmost respect for Mike, and I Recommend him Without Hesitation!
