Davis Therapeutic Massage

My husband purchased a groupon through Davis Therapeutic Massage. When I went to schedule I was not able to book an appointment for FOUR MONTHS. However, when I tried to book an appointment as a regular non-groupon user, I was able to book an appointment the next week. When I contacted Madeline regarding this issue, I received a very poorly written TEXT MESSAGE! In my voice message, I explained my extreme frustration in a completely cool, calm, and collected manner, but yes audibly frustrated. I said to her that this is not how I would run a business. This was her response, "I would be happy to work with you except that you have already made up your mind and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I always work people in if need be. I will not bother to explain my scheduling system. Majority of all my spaces are for groupon. I have a very small amount of spaces for regular clients who I have seen for years and for those who wish to return to me after a groupon. This is how I build a business. Feel free to say whatever you wish about me. You do not know me. If being mean makes you feel better than go ahead. I would have been more than willing to help you out. Now, not so much. Good day to you. Madeline Davis" (The grammar issues were copied verbatim.) This, in my opinion is a TERRIBLE way to "build a business." I know this is a LONG review, but I want the world to know ALL that transpired. I responded with, "This is your response? I was in no way rude in my message. I simply shared with you my frustration. I am experiencing severe back pain and hoped to use the birthday gift my husband purchased for me. I truly cannot believe you cannot even call to explain. I wish you the best in your business..." Her response, "I said to u that I would have worked you in but you chose to be horribly rude to me before seeing if I am a decent person, which I am. I am reporting you too groupon for harassment and you can ask them for a refund. I let three people listen to your message and all were appalled. You are missing the point. Instead of asking me if I could help you because you are in pain, you went off on me and acted awful. I do not have time for drama. I am here to help those I can. You were rude and completely disrespectful. Please do not contact me again. Best of luck to you." WOW! This is unbelievable. Once again, I NEVER "went off" on her and why in the world would I want to get "worked into" her schedule. I would rather pay full price and give my service to someone who deserves it.
