DON'T RISK YOUR LIFE! NEGLIGENT MECHANICS! CHOOSE A BETTER SHOP!

I have spent THOUSANDS trying to fix this shops mistakes.

This shop offered me a great price and what appeared to be good customer service. Camille was very nice but the quality of this garage is scary, and easily could have KILLED ME if the circumstances were different.

I had basic front end work done (tie rods, cv axles). It took an extra day than quoted (fine). I get the car back and there is grease all over my seat, 4 lights on the dash, and a wire hanging loosely. They fixed the wire (after I said something) and told me after the alignment (courtesy doesn't do alignments) it would all be good. I get it back from the other shop - "THIS CAR SHOULD NOT BE DRIVEN, and it should have fallen apart." Courtesy sends a tow truck, and says the will fix it. Camille tells me they had a new tech working on it, and master mechanic will fix it. I get the car back a week later, the alignment shop still can't get it aligned. I drive it a bit and take it back for the 3rd alignment attempt - TIE ROD END FALLS OUT - Courtesy Auto literally did not attach the tie rod end to the car.

I had driven over 150 miles, at speeds up to 80 mph, if that came apart while driving, it would have been catastrophic.

I pay to have this properly attached, finally, I get a decent alignment. I drive another 350 miles, again speeds up to 80 mph. The lower control arm bolt FALLS OUT! This, again, could have killed me/people in cars around me.

I had to get it towed (again) to Toyota, take a Uber & Amtrak to get home, and spend a ton more money to get it properly fixed (and a 4th alignment). The car still isn't in as a good of shape as before I brought it to Courtesy Auto for preventative maintenance.

Larry has been unresponsive and not helpful at all trying to resolve this. The courts may be my only option.
