Appliance Factory Parts

I ordered two packages of bags and two packages of belts for a Cirrus vacuum on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from Appliance Factory Parts. A week transpired and I hadn’t even received a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company and received no response. I finally resorted to live chat only to find out one of the packages of bags was on backorder. Mind you, these were not some obscure parts that are seldom ordered by customers, these were regularly used maintenance items. The crux of the issue , however, was that the company neither informed me at the time of the order the bags were out of stock, nor did they at any time during that week notify me of the lack of inventory. It took an unanswered email, and finally a chat session to get an actual answer. Look somewhere else for appliance parts, unless you have a plethora of time to waste both tracing down why you have not received you parts and waiting weeks to get many of the parts they obviously do not stock.

Glad you got a good price. However, I was reading and all over the net this company is accussed of seeling USED appliances as new and ever a news station ran several news stories about them catching them in the act of having used appliances on the floor marked as new. Lets guess why your price was lower then other stores. Sorry buddy
