Morse Driveways

My intention was to get the driveway regraded, which to me meant digging up the gravel from below the surface, then smoothing it out, to remove the washouts and such. I thought they very well understood that, but apparently not. They finally showed up over three months after they said they would, after I contacted them.
All they did was to drag the blade of a couple skid steers backwards across the drive. They were here for a total of less than two hours, while I was present. They made no communication before they left, just packed up and went. When they finally billed me over four months later, I told them I was not satisfied with their work. The owner NEVER contacted me, but instead immediately contacted a lawyer and demanded payment.
The customer service with this place is pretty much nonexistent. If you want someone that is serious about doing a good job, look elsewhere.
